1. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Fees
• Free Standard Ground Delivery (Australia): On orders of $85 or more (excludes wholesale).
• Standard Ground Delivery (Australia): $10.50 for orders under $85.
• International Shipping: $25.00 flat fee.
Delivery Times
We process most orders within 1–3 business days (our warehouse is closed weekends and public holidays). During major sales, processing may take an extra day or two.
• NSW, QLD, VIC: 2 to 4 business days
• ACT, SA: 4 to 6 business days
• NT, TAS, WA: 7 to 10 business days (allow 2–3 extra days for regional areas)
• International: Varies; check your shipping confirmation email.
Note: All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once shipped, Gorgeous Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier using your tracking number.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Most deliveries require a signature. If you aren't home, the courier will leave a card. If you don't contact them within 5 business days, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens, you will be charged for redelivery, or if you prefer a refund (for orders over $75), the original shipping cost will be deducted.
2. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or need an exchange, our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Return
• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Sale items and items purchased as part of a kit/set are strictly non-refundable and cannot be individually returned.
How to Return an Item
1 Email us at care@gorgeouscosmetics.com to initiate the return.
2 Wait for our confirmation and instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
