Please note that ground orders usually take 3 – 5 business days to be processed and shipped, and they should arrive within 7 – 10 business days. Our warehouse is closed and does not process or ship orders on Saturday and Sunday or major Australian holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day.
Gorgeous Cosmetics is proud to offer worldwide shipment on applicable orders. Regular shipping charges apply.

All orders are processed by StarTrack.
Once an order has shipped by StarTrack, Gorgeous Cosmetics is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact StarTrack to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
No returns our exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, at which case the exchange will be at the discretion of our Customer Care Team. All sales are final unless eligible for our Foundation Friendly Shade Match Policy.
Damaged Items Policy:
Our Customer Care team must be notified of all damaged items within 15 days of receiving your package. If your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include Order # and a description. We require that a photo must be submitted to process any returns.
Gorgeous Cosmetics will review your claim and send a product placement for items verified as damaged.

Foundation Friendly Shade Match Policy
Gorgeous Cosmetics Foundation is our cult-favorite product and beloved by makeup artists and enthusiasts worldwide. We want you to discover the beauty of our Foundation coverage and be satisfied with your shade selection.
If you select a Foundation, BB Cream or CC Cream shade that, upon arrival, does NOT match your complexion, we will replace the product with an alternate shade, (pending inventory), with no return or shipment back to us required! You are welcome to keep your original Foundation/BB/CC Cream… or give it to a friend!
All shade match requests be must submitted within 7 days of the arrival of your Foundation/BB/CC Cream shipment. Please contact email@example.com with information regarding your incorrect shade match and our team will help facilitate and send a better shade option.
