These loose, tiny, rounded particles of glitter are specially designed for use around the eye area. Intensely reflective, Colour Flash guarantees high shine and bold results. For best results, adhere with Glitz Fix or mix with cake liner sealant and use with Brush L112 to create a reflective, sparkly line. 3gms.
TECHNIQUE TIPS
Complete a show-stopping glitter eye by using Glitz Fix across the eyelid to hold the glitter in place. Draw a thin line of iLine Liquid Eyeliner Pen across the top lash line to define eyes and finish with two coats of Madison Ave Mascara for a dramatic effect.
