Technique Tips

After base is completed, start on some seriously glam eyes. Hold iLine Liquid Eyeliner Pen like an actual pen, and apply to top lash line. Curl lashes, from ends to tips, and apply two big coats of Le Noire Mascara. Remove with Makeup Remover or warm water.
